COVID-19 Information and Refund Policy

Due to constraints with the COVID-19 pandemic UETN Tech. Summit will be held virtually this year.

• The event will be free for participants
• Exhibitor fee has been reduced
• Participant fees will be refunded for those that have already registered. Registration will remain open at no cost.
• There will be a reduced set of presentations, tracks and rooms. Details are being worked out and some content will need to be rescheduled and moved to other virtual activities.
• Format will be two half days of plenary/presentations in the morning and exhibitor hall in the afternoon(s)
• Dates remain the same; June 17th and 18th
• Presentations will be live streamed and recorded (subject to presenter approval).
• A mix of WebEx meetings for interactive sessions and WebEx Events for plenary/lecture/panel.
• Program will be available on SCHED and will leverage some new “virtual features

The bad news: No food, SWAG, apparel or early sign-up incentives. I hope you all understand and we will make up for it when we can meet again, in person.

How big a conference is UETN Tech Summit?

Last year’s summit saw more than 300 participants representing about 122 organizations from K12, Higher Ed, Healthcare and IT Exhibitors.

Consideration will be made for:

• Presentations - .5 to 1 hour
• Workshops or trainings - 1 up to 3 hours
• Operational demos - can be included in presentations and workshops or could be done separate for periods of .5 up to 2 hours
